We all know our time at Hengrove is limited, but today final approval was given to the community hospital for South Bristol.  it now has finally been given full Government approval and should open early in 2012. 

 Work will take around 24 months.  So we still have a reasonable time at the park.  What we don't know is how long it will be before more of the park is eaten up with the planed development, or indeed what restrictions may be placed on us.  Contracts are due to be signed in Feb 2010 with work starting soon afterwards.  If you have any views, then air them in the Forum (Hengrove) section.
